Service Payments
Where applicable, payments relate to time, consultation, or assistance services already delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
- Service was not provided as described
- A technical error prevented service delivery
Refunds will not be issued where:
- Assistance has already been delivered
- Incorrect information was supplied by the customer
- Change of mind after service completion
Refund Requests
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
